The Polaris Leadership Summit will take place at “The Burdett Suite”, No.11 Cavendish Square. The Burdett Suite is a self-contained contemporary conference space with natural light, and it has its own entrance, registration/welcome area, catering space and courtyard.
All floors of No.11 Cavendish Square are wheelchair accessible, and there are lifts on every floor. You can park nearby in a controlled and private area.

The Polaris Awards 2024 Ceremony will be held in RSA House’s “Great Room”, and the pre-event cocktail will be at “Benjamin Franklin Room” directly beneath it.
While it is possible to access all public areas in a wheelchair, there are some uneven floors, awkward corners and narrow doorways. There is a dedicated wheelchair ramp adjacent to the main entrance. You can park nearby in a controlled and private area. A Blue Badge parking bay is also available on John Adam Street opposite the entrance to the House.
